High-low

I haven't been updating simply because I run so many blogs and just forgot about this one. Anyways, I've been absolutely loving high-low skirts! I'm not one for longer skirts or dresses, but let me tell you - these skirts are cute, comfortable, and definitely worth any price they may come in!

I love both of these dresses; the classy yet stylish black dress would be perfect to rock on a date or during a night out. The edgy maroon dress  may not be everybody else's cup of tea, but I love it so much I would even wear it to school!

FEMME COUTURE REVIEW

Femme Couture, a familiar name that you can find at any Sally's Beauty supply. My first purchase of femme couture was mascara, eyeliner, bronzer and a brush. The mascara was so amazing that I had no more use of my fake eyelashes. The eyeliner, which was gel liner, was by far better than any gel liner that I have ever used, at a cheaper price. I also purchased a bronzer, and where I've used better bronzers, this was still a good bronzer to mess around with. The first brush I got was an eyeliner brush. This brush worked so well I decided to get the kabuki brush. It's the first kabuki brush I've ever owned, though I've needed and wanted one for quite a long time. My sister ended up getting me both the kabuki brush and Savvy by femme couture's nailpolish in Gotcha Grape. At first, after applying a few coats, I wasn't too thrilled about the color. However, after it dried I couldn't stop staring at my nails. Needless to say, I was hooked.

I thoroughly recommend femme couture's products to anybody looking for a cheaper price with higher quality. I definitely will be coming back for more!

Review: Sally's makeup brushes

Femme Couture's eyeliner brush. One of the best eyeliner brushes I have purchased.

I haven't really used this brush much, but so far I like it. Face Secret's angled brush.

Face Secret's bronzer brush. Amazing quality.

Each of these products can be purchased at your local Sally's beauty supplies. The last time I was there, I purchased these three brushes, a bronzer, and possibly something else that I can't quite remember. The price for the four or five items combined was around fifty something dollars. These brushes were all around 8-11 dollars singly, if I remember correctly. Sally's is a favorite store of mine but you'd really have to be careful there because you would think "these things are cheap let's get more and more-" but believe me, it adds up.

Gossip Girl Fashion

Forget the plot twists, the exiting romances, and the backstabbing; the best part of Gossip Girl has got to be the amazing  fashion.

Mac makeup

I never used to like Mac makeup. It was always the elder generations in my family that were obsessed with it, but once I hit college, Mac just started growing on me. I have two eyeshadow palettes, one of which comes with two shades of blush. Both palettes of eyeshadow hold very intense pigments. I have one bottle of liquid liner from Mac and it has to be the best liquid liner I have ever used in my life. [Then again, I'm more of a cream liner time person]. The fix+ spray is not a product I own, but a product I wish I had.

It's still summer

I understand it's still summer, but already I'm dying for winter fashion. Southern California doesn't get very cold winters, at least not where I live. I can't readily wear outfits with thigh high boots, trench coats, tights, warm, fuzzy hats, ect, without being stared at. I DO still wear them, winter is about the fashion to me more so than the article of clothing's ability to actually keep me warm.

I love the top right, bottom left, and bottom middle. Top right is growing on me, too.
Sweater dresses have always been some of my favorite articles of clothing. I would wear mine with a thick belt at the waist.

Scarves just complete any winter outfit, and trench coats are what I wear when I'm too lazy to think up of a brilliant, layered winter outfit.
